Cancellation & Refund Policy — Shubhangi Collection


1. Order cancellation by customer

  • Before shipment: You may request cancellation of your order (or specific items) before it is dispatched. Contact us immediately at contact@shubhanghicollection.in or +91 90049 54792 with your order number. We will confirm cancellation and initiate refund.
  • After shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return/replacement as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

2. Cancellation charges

  • No cancellation charges apply if the order is cancelled prior to dispatch.
  • If any payment gateway charges were non-refundable at the time of cancellation, these charges may be deducted from the refund amount (we will inform you if applicable).

3. Refund method & timeline

  • Refunds for cancellations processed before shipment will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days (depending on the payment provider).
  • For card or net-banking refunds, it may take additional time for the issuer bank to reflect the credit in your account.

4. Refund for failed delivery or seller cancellation

  • If delivery fails due to our error, or we cancel your order, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after confirmation.
