Return & Refund Policy — Shubhangi Collection

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. Returns and replacements are accepted as per the terms below:
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Conditions: Returns will not be accepted if the item is misused, missing original tags, or the request is made after 7 days.
- Unboxing Video Requirement: For claims of missing, damaged, or wrong items, a clear, unedited unboxing video from showing the package condition before opening, the shipping label, and the actual unboxing process is mandatory.
- Process: To initiate a return, contact customer support with the order ID, images of the product, and the unboxing video as required over whatsapp only.
- Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days once the item is received and verified.
