How to place an order & Shipping information

Shubhangi Collection ships products within India using Shiprocket Logistics. During checkout our Shiprocket-powered checkout plugin will display available shipping options, real-time shipping rates and estimated delivery times based on your delivery pin code and the courier partner selected.

Key points

• Where we ship: We ship to addresses across India only.
• Shipping charges: Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout by the Shiprocket plugin based on package weight/dimensions, courier service and delivery location. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds will be applied automatically when eligible.
• Estimated delivery time: The checkout page will show estimated delivery windows for each shipping option. These are estimates only — actual delivery times depend on courier performance, weather, strikes, or other logistic delays. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation (subject to payment verification and stock availability).
• Order confirmation & dispatch: Orders paid online or confirmed for COD will be processed and handed over to the Shiprocket courier partner after payment/confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping notification when your order is handed to the courier.
• Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive tracking details (tracking number and tracking link) via SMS/WhatsApp/email. You can track your shipment directly on the Shiprocket tracking page or via the link provided in the notification. Typically to it will require 7-14 days max to receive any order.
• COD & Payments: Cash on Delivery (COD) availability is shown at checkout and is subject to Shiprocket/courier policies. COD orders may require extra verification and could have additional fees shown during checkout.
• Failed delivery / returns in transit: If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, standard return and refund processes will apply per our Return & Replacement Policy. Return shipping costs for reasons other than our error may be charged to the customer as described in our Returns policy.
